How do I integrate Twitter with Zenbership?

Visit Twitter and do the following:

  • Log in to your twitter account.
  • Once logged in, visit the Twitter App page.
  • Click on "Create New App"
  • Input a name, description, and a website. A callback is not required.
  • After creating your application, click on the "Settings" tab.
  • Under "Permissions" select "Read and Write".
  • Save the Changes.
  • Now go to the "Keys and Access Tokens" tab.
  • Under "Your Access Token" click on "Create Access Token"
  • Make a note of the following information:
  • Consumer Key
  • Consumer Secret
  • Access token
  • Access token secret

From Zenbership

From your Zenbership admin control panel, do the following:

  • Click on "Connect > Social Media: Options"
  • Input the four pieces of information listed above into the options window.
  • Save the changes.

Available Integration Features

You can now do all of the following within your Zenbership admin control panel:

  • Post tweets.
  • Delete tweets.
  • Retweet member, account, contact, and event attendees' tweets.
  • Set up automated Twitter campaigns.
