Automated Campaign

An automated campaign, otherwise known as a "Criteria-based Campaign", is a campaign which sends e-mails based on criteria rather than user subscriptions. Users cannot subscribe to an automated campaign. Instead, users must match the criteria that you establish when creating the campaign to receive the e-mails.

Types of Automated Campaigns

Automated campaigns can either be set up to send emails at specific times after a contact or member was created, or on exact dates. In all cases, a campaign can only be sent to either contacts or members.
