Link Click Tracking

Overview

Link tracking allows you to monitor when users click a link on an email. It also works with the milestone system to help track "conversions" from link clicks.

Requirements

For link click tracking to work, the following requirements must be met:

• The email must be sent in the HTML format,
• "Track link clicks?" must be set to "Yes" when composing the email.

Viewing Activity

The program currently tracks all link clicks as they happen and will notify you of a link click within the activity feed.

• For a full list of link clicks, go to "Connect > Tracking > Link Clicks".
• For campaigns, link clicks that result in a milestone can be tracked from within the campaign slider.
