Readership Logs

Overview

Readership logs allow you to track who has opened and email and how many times an email has been opened.

Requirements

In order for readership tracking to work, the following conditions must be met:

• The e-mail must be sent in the HTML format,
• You must select "Track when opened? = Yes" when composing the e–mail.

Readership Logs

To view who has opened e-mails, simply go to "Connect > E-Mail > Tracking Logs".
