All transactions are failing. What are some possible reasons why?
There could be a large number of reasons why all transactions are failing, so listed every one would not be realistic. However the following list covers 90% of possible reasons why transactions may be failing:
- You have not selected a payment gateway
- Shop > Payment Gateways
- Your payment gateway does not support the transaction method you are attempting to run.
- You are attempting to process transactions in a currency that your payment gateway does not support.
- Shop > Options > Currency
- Your payment gateway API credentials are incorrect.
- Shop > Payment Gateways
- Your payment gateway is still in test mode.
