All transactions are failing. What are some possible reasons why?

There could be a large number of reasons why all transactions are failing, so listed every one would not be realistic. However the following list covers 90% of possible reasons why transactions may be failing:

  • You have not selected a payment gateway
  • Shop > Payment Gateways
  • Your payment gateway does not support the transaction method you are attempting to run.
  • You are attempting to process transactions in a currency that your payment gateway does not support.
  • Shop > Options > Currency
  • Your payment gateway API credentials are incorrect.
  • Shop > Payment Gateways
  • Your payment gateway is still in test mode.
