When a contact submits a contact form, they do not appear in the database as a contact. Why?

The main reason for this is duplicate contacts. If Zenbership detects that a contact already exists with the same email address as the user who is submitting the contact form, the program will add the form content's onto the existing contact rather than create a new one. You can find the form's content under the contact's data tab.
