Why are emails not sending?

The program uses an email queue fo most emails. So in most cases where e-mails "aren't sending", they have simply been queued and will send when the e-mail queue cron job is triggered.

If e-mails haven't sent ever, ensure the following:

• You have created the e-mail queue cron job and that it is running (the footer in the admin control panel indicates when the queue was last dispatched. Please wait up to 30 minutes after creating the cron job for the foot to update.
• Your server's mail server is working properly. Contact your web hosting provider to confirm this.
