Building a Custom Theme

Overview

The creation of an HTML Theme requires knowledge of the following programming languages. We do not recommend creating a theme unless you have a good understanding of each of these:

• HTML
• CSS
• jQuery
• Basic PHP

Getting Started

To begin, we recommend using a modified version of the "Zenbership Bootstrap". This provides you with a series of standard CSS classes, javascripts, and template "skeletons" that you can build-out and customize as you develop your theme.
