Managing Invoices
The invoice slider allows you to manage all aspects of an invoice. To load the invoice slider, go to "Shop > Invoices" and click on the invoice you want to view.
Slider Tabs
The slider tabs allow you to control the various aspects of the invoice.
- Overview provides you with an overview of the invoice.
- Edit allows you to edit the basic elements of the invoice, such as client information, due date, memo, and most of the other information that appears on the user invoice page.
- Components allows you to view components, and also add new invoice components. Click here for more information on adding new components to the invoice.
- Payments allows you to view all payments made on this invoice, as well as add new payments to the invoice.
- Note that adding a payment will not charge the user: it is a reference tool used primarily for non-credit card payments, such as checks.
- Adding a payment also creates a transaction in the database.
- Notes are reference tools used to coordinate information between various staff members.
